Overall conditioning excercises are always a plus, but one great workout specifically for judo is a judo band. Here is a link to how to build one at your home, or you can simply use a tree or post of any kind. The judo band allows you to practice some of the throws, and really concentrates on your pull, which is often a major issue that lacks in performance.
