Paul is a CPA and has started several dojos over the years, and talks not only about starting your own dojo, but also about achieving 501c3 status, which he calls the "Holy Grail" of non profits. We discuss things such as rental space, mats, insurance, and more things to think about when starting your own dojo. Mike Darter started www.okcdt.com in 2000 as a 501c3, and Gene Shin started www.ssjjudo.com last year, and will now be seeking 501c3 status. Thanks Paul!
